I think the reason why I believe that it is a problem to orient community policing is due to the community. Some community's believe the cops are here to protect and help the community become better. But in some cases you have a community that is against the police, which cause problem in community policing due to the matter of the fact that they don't want the police to be close to the community. The reason for that is because they don't want them to be involved in their lives they just want to go on with there life and don't need the help of the police.
